All of our conference suites are air-conditioned and have audio-visual equipment and wireless networking for those that require an Internet connection.
Our biggest conference suites also benefit from having large stages for presentations.
The Canal suite will seat 400 and the Lakeside Country Club will seat 1100 at 103 tables.
If your meeting or conference is over several days then we have extensive quality on-site accommodation in our three hotels.
98 rooms in the Lakeside International Hotel, 68 in the Lakeside Continental Hotel
and 12 in the Lakeside Lodges, giving a total of 178 bedrooms.
For evening relaxation we have our health and fitness suite, bar lounge and A La Carte restaurant and a darts and pool room.
Additional the Lakeside complex has the additional benefits for our guests of: Italian and Chinese restaurants, two other bar lounges, a bowling alley, four squash
courts, BeePy's nightclub, three darts oches, four pool and two snooker tables.
The Lakeside Complex and Lakeside International Hotel are easy to get to where we have easy access by road with junction 4 on the M3 minutes away
and we also have free parking for over 500 cars.
For those travelling by rail there are three local railway stations which are only minutes away by taxi or bus. Ash Vale station has direct trains to London Waterloo,
North Camp station has direct trains to Reading and Guildford and Frimley trains to Camberley.
For those travelling by bus. The complex benefits on being on three bus routes, the numbers 3, 35 and 48.
These link the towns of Aldershot, Camberley, Farnborough, Guildford and Woking to Frimley Green.
If you have long distance travellers or international attendees then Farnborough Airport for business jets is only minutes away with Heathrow 35 minutes and Gatwick 45 minutes.
