At Lakeside International Hotel we have held many successful exhibitions.

Our flexible meeting space can accommodate small to medium sized exhibitions.

Bigger exhibitions requiring a larger floor area can make use of our on-site Canal Suite or the massive Lakeside Country Club.

For the added convenience of your exhibitors and customers we have free extensive on-site car parking for over 500 cars.

Should your presentation require audio visual facilities all our rooms have up-to-date equipment with full wireless internet access available (at extra cost) for your convenience.

If the exhibition is held over several days we have extensive on-site accommodation (178 bedrooms) for the organisers and exhibitors, with 98 bedrooms in the Lakeside International Hotel, 68 rooms in the Lakeside Continental Hotel and 12 bedrooms in the Lakeside Lodges.

The Lakeside Complex is easily accessible by road where it is minutes away from junction 4 on the M3.

The complex is near to Frimley, North Camp and Ash Vale stations, with a direct service to London Waterloo from Ash Vale station.

For international visitors Heathrow airport only 35 minutes away and Gatwick about 45 minutes.
