For our guests staying in the Lakeside International Hotel with a competitive nature, there are four glass backed squash courts in our on-site leisure centre.

They are available to book but we would recommend this is done on your arrival to the Lakeside International Hotel as it is a member's club and can get busy.

Court costs are £1 per 10 minutes booked.
Players typically book 40 minutes.

For any keen players wishing to join the squash club the annual membership fees to the 31^st October are:

• Single £75
• Family £120
• Special Weekend Membership only £15

Squash Court Rules

1. Please take your Lakeside International Hotel guest card with you, as you will be asked for this before commencing your game. Fees cannot be charged to your room so please make sure you have some money with you to pay the court fees.
2. If you are playing with an outside quest, the same guest will only be allowed to play three times per year.
3. Hotel residents will be liable for a visitors fee of £2.00 for each visit of any playing guest to the club.
4. Bookings by telephone can be made from 9:30am onwards. Bookings cannot be accepted more than one week in advance of the day of playing.
   Should the booking be cancelled, a minimum of 48 hours notice must be given, failure to do so will incur the full fee payable before a further booking can be accepted.
5. Please leave the court door open when leaving the court.
6. Never open a court door without first ensuring that it is not in use.
7. Never wear BLACK SOLED SHOES or PLIMSOLES on any squash court and never play with a BLACK squash ball. Always wear 'Whites'.
8. Never leave any money or valuables in the changing rooms TAKE THEM on the court with you.
9. Never chew gum, it is DANGEROUS and ruins floors and carpets.
10. Children will not be allowed in the Club after 7.30pm. Children of 16 years or under can only attend the Club if accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult.
